/ObjectiveA Creative professional with 3-5 years of experience developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website and email layouts, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and brand consistency. Key tasks include wireframing, prototyping, creating assets, testing, and ongoing maintenance, with an emphasis on user experience (UX). This position requires intimate knowledge of Figma design software and some light coding. While not managing others directly, they will report to the Creative Director and work closely with developers, marketers and Creative counterparts to deliver engaging digital experiences.

Salary Grade/Level/Family/Range
$85,000 - $95,000 annually depending on experience and skill level.
