Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research and create user personas and journey maps
- Design intuitive user interfaces that align with user expectations and industry best practices
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate design concepts
- Apply visual design principles to create visually stunning interfaces
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to design discussions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups
- Strong knowledge of visual design principles, typography, and color theory
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
