Who we are

Zengo is building a secure, self-custodial crypto wallet for consumers and for businesses. Our mission is to make crypto ownership simple, safe, and approachable — even when the underlying technology is complex.We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to take ownership of meaningful product surfaces across our products.This is a hands-on product design role with real impact on activation, trust, conversion, and retention.

What you’ll work on

• Designing end-to-end product experiences across Zengo’s products, serving both individual users and businesses at scale
• Owning core flows such as onboarding, activation, trust-building, and security-critical interactions
• Turning complex crypto, security, and technical concepts into clear, simple, and intuitive user experiences
• Deeply understanding users through research, data, and collaboration — and translating insights into strong concepts and flows
• Designing for a range of use cases, including user-facing journeys as well as dashboards, permissions, and operational workflows
• Working closely with product managers and engineers from early concepts through polished execution

Full-time role, Tel Aviv (near the train line)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Proven experience shipping real products (consumer and/or B2B)
• Strong product thinking — you care deeply about why things work, not just how they look
• Comfortable designing complex systems and simplifying them for real users
• Experience with user research, problem framing, and concept development
• Background in fintech, crypto - Advantage
