Full Visibility is seeking a UI/UX Designer
to work in
Huntsville, AL. Candidate
must
possess an
active
Top Secret/SCI Eligible
clearance.
The UI/UX Designer
will be responsible for engineering in support of an advanced visual
analytic application that includes developing data analytics for desktop and
web-developed visual analytic software, facilitating the bulk analysis of
relational information utilizing advanced graphics, visualization, and
high-performance computing, as well as using the specified open source, COTS,
and GOTS technologies. The Data Engineer will establish an application that
produces manageable, actionable intelligence from streams of structured and
semi-structured data; design strategies for enterprise database systems and set
standards for operations, programming, and security; design and construct large
relational databases; and integrate new systems with existing warehouse
structure and refine system performance and functionality.

• 
  At least ten (10+) years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or front-end product development
• 
  Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work across web or mobile applications
• 
  Strong HTML/CSS (SCSS) Experience
• 
  Experience working in Agile or SAFe frameworks
• 
  Proven experience designing clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile platforms
• 
  Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with an emphasis on minimizing clicks and simplifying user flows
• 
  Demonstrated ability to create responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly across devices and screen sizes
• 
  Experience designing intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use buttons and interactive elements
• 
  Proficient with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• 
  Experience working closely with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs
• 
  Robust decision-making skills and domain
  knowledge
• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in related field or in lieu of degree, 4 additional years of experience
