The Opportunity

As the Senior Manager of UX/UI Design, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of a sophisticated, data-rich platform used by top security professionals worldwide. This is a critical leadership role where you will guide a talented team of UX/UI designers to transform complex attack path data and security concepts into intuitive, actionable, and elegant user interfaces. You will own the UX/UX vision and strategy, ensuring that our users are at the center of every product decision we make.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Mentor Manage, nurture, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high-quality execution. Provide regular feedback, career guidance, and hands-on mentorship.
• Define UX/UI Vision & Strategy Develop and articulate a compelling long term UX/UI vision for the XM Cyber platform, ensuring it aligns with our products roadmap and business objectives.
• Drive the Design Process Oversee the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept development to wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and usability testing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering leads, and R&D teams to translate complex requirements into seamless and effective user experiences. Act as the primary advocate for the user in all product discussions.
• Champion User-Centered Design Establish and evangelize a strong user centered design culture across the organization. Drive user research initiatives to gather key insights and validate design decisions.
• Maintain & Evolve Design Systems Oversee the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the entire product suite.
• Stay Hands-On While this is a leadership role, we expect you to be comfortable diving into Figma to help your team solve tough design challenges, provide expert guidance, and lead by example.
• Measure & Iterate Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure the impact of design solutions and inform future iterations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a proven track record of designing and shipping successful B2B SaaS products.
• 3+ years of experience in a design leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of designers.
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing your expertise in user experience, visual design, and design process for complex, data-heavy applications.
• Deep expertise in the entire product development lifecycle, from research and ideation to implementation and analysis.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience designing for intricate technical domains, data visualization, or analytics platforms is essential.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, environment.
