Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Design Director to lead the design vision and user experience for our multi-asset trading platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial industry and a proven track record of creating seamless user experiences for complex trading applications. You will set strategic direction, drive innovation, and collaborate with product management, engineering, and senior leadership to deliver a best-in-class trading experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic Design Leadership & Innovation

• Define and implement a UI/UX strategy aligned with business goals, user needs, and financial market trends.
• Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices.
• Foster a culture of design excellence and innovation through experimentation and new technologies.

Design Execution & Team Leadership

• Oversee the full design lifecycle, from user research to final implementation
• Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for complex trading functionalities.
• Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Maintain high design quality standards and usability.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior leadership to align design strategy with business goals.
• Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
• Implement user testing and feedback loops to refine designs continuously.

Financial Industry & Trading Expertise

• Apply knowledge of trading workflows to design intuitive and efficient interfaces.
• Develop data visualization solutions that simplify complex financial information.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations
• Understand and design for both professional and retail traders

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in UI/UX design for trading applications within financial institutions.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking, research, and exceptional visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing design teams.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets and data visualization
