The UI/UX Designer strengthens the digital commerce ecosystem by producing accessible, brand-consistent, and conversion-driven user experiences across all online platforms including Shopify, Odoo, and Amazon. This role serves as the bridge between creative vision, brand strategy, and technical implementation — ensuring each digital touchpoint reflects the division's identity, elevates brand equity, and drives measurable business growth.
Through end-to-end website design and build, strategic website renewal, unified design systems, conversion-oriented PDPs, and compelling Amazon A+ content, the UI/UX Designer maintains a seamless and scalable digital user journey.

Website Design & Build

Lead end-to-end website design and build for new brand launches (wireframe → prototype → visual design → dev handoff), including Shopify theme customization and Odoo storefront configuration

Translate brand strategy into full site architecture: homepage, category/collection pages, PDP, cart, and checkout flow

Partner with development vendors/agencies to ensure design fidelity from prototype to live site

Lead strategic website renewal initiatives to keep the digital experience current with brand and market standards

Design Systems & Visual Design

Design and maintain a unified design system (component library, typography, color, spacing) applied consistently across Shopify, Odoo, and Amazon

Create high-converting Amazon PDP images and A+ content aligned with brand guidelines

Design responsive, mobile-first layouts optimized for load speed and SEO

UX Strategy & Optimization

Conduct UX audits and usability improvements based on funnel and conversion data

Monitor and report on conversion rate, bounce rate, and page load speed to drive continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing on campaign landing pages and promotional assets

Collaborate with the GDP/technical team on Shopify–SAP/Odoo integration requirements

Partner with Merchandising and the E-Commerce team on new product launch timelines and PDP requirements

Required Skills & Tools

Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid / theme customization, and basic HTML-CSS

Experience with Amazon Seller Central content requirements (A+ Content, Brand Story)

Familiarity with Odoo or similar e-commerce/ERP platforms is a plus

Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
