Position Summary

As a UI/UX Designer at SciPlay, you will design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling experiences for a social casino game. Our focus is not on designing slot machines themselves, but on the game experience and all features surrounding the slots—including progression systems, events, promotions, rewards, missions, menus, pop-ups, and other supporting gameplay features.

You will work closely with Art Director, Product Manager, Tech Artist and Animator to transform gameplay concepts into clear and appealing user experiences. You will take ownership of your designs from initial concept through final delivery while maintaining a consistent visual language and high production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, present, and execute UI/UX solutions from A to Z.
• Design interfaces and feature experiences for a social casino game and its surrounding gameplay systems.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
• Present design solutions, explain decisions, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Use AI tools effectively to explore concepts, generate references, accelerate ideation, and improve the design workflow.
• Maintain organized files and ensure designs are prepared for efficient production and implementation.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in mobile games, social casino, casual games, or a related field.
• Experience designing game interfaces and features beyond the core slot gameplay.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, user flows, information hierarchy, usability, and interaction design.
• Advanced Photoshop skills and strong experience with Figma.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and polished visual designs.
• Strong understanding of composition, form, color, lighting, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate gameplay ideas into clear visual solutions.
• Confident use of AI tools for research, ideation, visual exploration, and design development.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high visual quality.
• Proactive attitude, ownership, and the ability to independently drive tasks forward.
• Ability to receive feedback positively and iterate effectively.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong digital portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX and game design experience.
