职位描述
1、主导灵创平台Web端产品的交互设计：负责平台核心功能（如动作编辑器、工作流编排、音频演绎等）的信息架构、用户流程、操作逻辑设计，输出清晰的交互原型和说明文档； 2、深入理解产品与用户：与产品经理、技术团队紧密协作，理解机器人动作编排的业务场景和用户痛点，从交互角度提出优化方案，提升产品易用性和效率； 3、复杂功能的交互简化：将专业的机器人控制参数（如关节角度、轨迹规划、关键帧编辑）转化为直观、易用的交互组件（滑块、拖拽、手势控制等），降低用户学习成本； 4、数据可视化交互设计：针对机器人状态数据（如关节状态、传感器数据），设计直观的可视化交互方式（如仪表盘、3D姿态示意图），让数据易于理解和操作； 5、建立交互规范：梳理通用交互模式，制定交互组件规范，确保多页面体验一致性，并配合视觉设计师完成高保真落地；
职位要求
1、3年以上交互设计经验，拥有完整的Web端工具类产品（如SaaS后台、编辑器、控制台、设计工具等）从0到1的交互设计经验； 2、必须提供作品集，其中需包含至少2-3款已上线的工具型/企业级产品交互案例，并能清晰阐述设计思路、用户场景、遇到的挑战及解决方案； 3、核心能力：产品思维与逻辑梳理 1）具备逻辑思维能力，能够将复杂业务需求梳理为清晰、高效的用户路径； 2）不满足于“执行”，能主动参与产品讨论，从用户角度提出体验优化建议，平衡业务目标与用户体验； 加分项： 1）对3D创作工具有基础认知。 2）熟练使用 Figma、Axure、Sketch 等交互设计工具，能快速输出低保真到高保真的交互原型。 3）有数据可视化设计经验者优先。
