UIUX前瞻主任设计师 （动效设计方向）

岗位职责
1. 前瞻动效设计与视觉叙事
独立负责智能座舱 HMI 动态交互、车载界面动效的创意方案策划与设计，能围绕产品功能、场景体验与品牌视觉基因，输出多套差异化、高完成度的创意动效提案。
构建并定义下一代车载数字体验的前瞻动效设计语言，建立统一、可延续的动态设计体系，确保与整车设计语言高度融合。
将静态 UI/UX 方案转化为高质感、高流畅、强情绪价值的动态原型与视觉叙事，打造沉浸、流畅、富有辨识度的座舱交互体验。
2. 高质感动态呈现与 3D 可视化
运用 C4D/Blender/Maya 等工具完成座舱界面、3D 元素、场景氛围的建模、渲染与动态视觉表达，支撑前瞻设计概念的可视化呈现。
独立制作高水准动态演示视频、概念动画与交互 Demo，为前瞻设计提案提供极具说服力的视觉表达。
3. 前沿创新项目支持
为 AR/VR、数字孪生、智能场景等创新课题提供创意动效设计与 3D 动态资产支持，推动前沿交互概念落地与验证。
职位要求
任职要求
1. 专业能力
动画、数字媒体、视觉设计、工业设计等相关专业本科及以上学历。
具备5-10 年动态设计 / 动效设计相关经验，有HMI、车载座舱、游戏、视觉创意或新媒体艺术相关项目经验优先。
2. 核心技能
具备极强的创意动效设计能力，能够独立完成多套差异化创意动效方案，精准匹配产品功能逻辑与品牌视觉调性。
精通动画原理、运动曲线、节奏与叙事表达，能将功能体验转化为有美感、有记忆点、有情绪价值的动态设计。
熟练使用 AE、Principle 等动效工具，精通C4D/Blender/Maya 中至少一款 3D 软件，可独立完成高质量动态视觉输出。
具备扎实的 UI/UX 理解能力，能从用户场景与体验出发，做有逻辑、有创意、可落地的动效设计。
3. 加分项
对汽车设计、智能座舱有强烈热情，了解车辆比例、内饰氛围、CMF 或车载交互逻辑。
有量产车载 HMI 动效、概念座舱动效、游戏动画、虚拟制片等相关作品与经验。
熟练使用 Substance Painter、ZBrush 等工具进行材质、细节雕刻与质感表现。
4. 软素质
具备出色的视觉叙事与创意表达能力，对动态美学、新技术、新趋势保持高度敏感与探索欲。
优秀的沟通协作与方案呈现能力，能在跨领域团队中高效推进创意落地。
