GENLED Brands is een wereldwijde LED-fabrikant met fabrieken op drie continenten, die architecturale en bewegwijzeringsverlichtingsoplossingen produceert die in 66 landen worden verkocht. En we hebben een energieke, proactieve, vindingrijke fulltime Executive Assistant van de President & CEO nodig in ons nieuwe Europese hoofdkantoor, gevestigd in het prachtige Weesp, Amsterdam, Nederland. GENLED Brands bestaat uit AgiLight, opgericht in 2003, en Acolyte, dat in 2009 werd geopend. Hoewel we relatief nieuw zijn in Europa, zijn beide merken goed ingeburgerd.

We bieden betaalde training van maximaal 6 maanden om ervoor te zorgen dat u uitblinkt in uw rol, en compensatiepakketten die tot 40% boven het nationale gemiddelde liggen. Verantwoordelijkheden

  1. Optimalisatie van de efficiëntie: Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de President & CEO; Beantwoord vragen en bron informatie waar mogelijk.
  1. Planning en tijdbeheer: Optimaliseer agenda's; regelen van reizen en accommodaties.
  1. Administratieve taken: Beheer onkostendeclaraties, afspraken, evenementenplanning en reserveringen op zakelijk en persoonlijk niveau voor het leiderschapsteam.
  1. Dagelijkse kantooractiviteiten: Bestel benodigdheden, telefoons, enz., indien nodig voor het kantoor in Amsterdam en de medewerkers; toezicht houden op kantoordiensten.
  1. Persoonlijke assistent: Voer persoonlijke boodschappen/planning uit zoals nodig/aangegeven.

Eisen

  1. Bachelor's degree (bij voorkeur - geweldige kans voor nieuwe afgestudeerden!)
  1. Flexibiliteit voor incidentele lange uren en reizen als dat nodig is
  1. Multitasker comfortabel met veranderende prioriteiten
  1. Mogelijkheid om vertrouwelijkheid te handhaven
  1. Fulltime op kantoor werken
  1. Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands (een pluspunt)
  1. Eerdere ervaring op C-niveau of senior ondersteuning (een pluspunt)

  • Scheduling and time management: Optimize calendars; arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Administrative duties: Manage expense reports, appointments, event planning and reservations on a business and personal level for leadership team.
  • Daily office operations: Order supplies, phones, etc., as needed for the Amsterdam office and employees; oversee office services.
  • Personal assistant: Perform personal errands/scheduling as needed/directed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred - great opportunity for new college grads!)
  • Flexibility for occasional long hours and travel as needed
  • Multi-tasker comfortable with changing priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Work in office full-time
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (a plus)
  • Previous C-level or senior support experience (a plus)

  • Administrative duties. Manage expense reports, appointments, event planning and reservations on a business and personal level for President & CEO and members of leadership team.
  • Daily office operations: Order supplies, phones, etc., as needed for the office and employees and oversee cleaning services and other services for the office.
  • Personal assistant: Perform personal errands/scheduling as needed/directed.
