Job Description
WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for an UiPath Agentic Automation Specialist to join our growing team. This is an outsourced UiPath Agentic Automation Specialist position embedded within the AI and automation team of a major European financial institution. You will work on a focused Proof-of-Concept engagement to design and implement AI-driven automation solutions using the UiPath Agentic Automation Platform, while also defining a structured migration path from the institution’s existing RPA platform to the new target model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated happy-path flows for two real business use cases (EIF Portfolio Monitoring and EIB Disbursement), leveraging UiPath Maestro Agentic Orchestration, Action Centre, and other agentic execution components
- Implement human-in-the-loop interaction patterns and AI-powered components for working with semi-structured and unstructured data
- Prepare test books for each use case, enabling end users to evaluate result accuracy and assess automation quality
- Produce comprehensive documentation per use case: process description, solution design document, detailed design document, test book, and production deployment runbook
- Define and document a detailed platform migration scenario from the existing UiPath RPA model to the new agentic target architecture, covering IT security, data governance, platform integrations, and continuity of existing automations
- Configure and document governance features including logging, auditability, and monitoring within the UiPath Platform
- Collaborate closely with EIB technical stakeholders throughout design and implementation phases
- Ensure all deliverables comply with EIB security, architecture, and responsible AI principles
Requirements
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/information technology or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired experience and skills:
- Proven experience developing UiPath RPA solutions in enterprise environments across multiple projects
- Hands-on experience with UiPath AI and agentic automation capabilities; prior practice with Maestro, Action Centre, and agentic components is a strong plus
- Strong skills in designing and implementing end-to-end AI-driven and agentic automation workflows, including human-in-the-loop scenarios
- Experience configuring governance features such as logging, auditability, and monitoring within the UiPath Platform
- Ability to work with semi-structured or unstructured data using AI components
- Knowledge of secure platform configuration aligned with enterprise IT, Information Security, and Architecture standards
- Experience producing technical documentation including solution designs, detailed design documents, test books, and implementation artefacts
- Ability to analyse existing automation solutions and define technically sound transition paths to a new platform model
