Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Engineer with expertise in frontend engineering and a keen eye for design. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development, creating intuitive, high-performance user interfaces while developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-class video streaming and processing applications built on the VIDIZMO platform. The role involves delivering solutions across SaaS, customer-hosted Azure and AWS cloud environments, and on-premises deployments.

Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platformleverages Large Language Models (LLMs)and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)to deliver powerful capabilities such as auto-tagging, redaction, content summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle creation, object detection and tracking, content search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial attribute detection.

AI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)

The candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements for Web Applications ( VIDIZMO Products) in collaboration with product managers & engineers
• Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and mock-ups for VIDIZMO Web Applications with other members of the team
• Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate Web Application look, feel and functionality
  
• Evaluating existing applications and their UX effectiveness and identifying optimizations/solutions
• Stay on top of UI/UX trends and best practices

Required Skills:

• Proficient in hand-coding pixel perfect HTML and CSS in a Web Application production environment
• Proficient in Bootstrap , HTML5, CSS.
• Experience writing accessible, responsive, HTML and CSS that performs cross-browser
  
• Experience working on Multilingual and 5O8 compliance
• Willingness to learn modern frontend best practices and tooling
• Familiarity and experience with agile (scrum) development process
• Proficient in working with SAAS
• Strong visual design instincts
• Experience with UI design using Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma or Photoshop
  
• Should be self-starter, self-motivated, write clean code according to Web standards W3C

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related field
• 2+ years in designing & developing both
