Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled UI Engineer with AI expertise to build intelligent, user-centric web applications powered by AI/GenAI capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong front-end engineering skills with experience integrating AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into modern digital products. This role involves collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and Backend Engineers to create next-generation AI-driven user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
UI Engineering
- Design and develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- Build reusable UI components and front-end frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX Designers to translate designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement state management and component-driven architectures.
AI & GenAI Integration
- Integrate LLMs and Generative AI solutions into web applications.
- Develop AI-powered features such as chatbots, copilots, recommendation engines, and intelligent search.
- Build and consume AI/ML APIs and services.
- Work with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy and monitor AI-powered experiences.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Participate in architecture discussions and technology selection.
- Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery activities.

- 5+ years of experience in UI/Front-End development.
- 2+ years of experience working with AI/GenAI technologies.
