Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Design and develop visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications using OutSystems platform capabilities.
2. Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers within OutSystems projects to translate wireframes into polished UI designs.
3. Ensure consistency in design across OutSystems platforms and applications to maintain a seamless user experience.
4. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to OutSystems to enhance design skills and deliver innovative solutions.
5. Optimize UI designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness within the OutSystems environment, catering to various devices and browsers.
6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of OutSystems design systems, UI kits, and style guides to streamline design workflows.
7. Iterate on UI designs based on OutSystems-specific feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input.
8. Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including specifications and UI patterns, tailored for OutSystems projects.
9. Manage multiple UI design projects concurrently within the OutSystems platform, adhering to project timelines and milestones.
10. Foster a collaborative environment within the OutSystems design team to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a relevant field.

• 3+ years' experience as a BA, including 2+ years in agile environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Aptitude for multi-tasking and adapting to change

• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently
