  • Expert knowledge of Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, design tokens, variables and Dev Mode.
  • Strong visual design capabilities across typography, colour, layout, iconography and data visualisation.
  • Proven experience building and managing design systems and component libraries.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience working closely with front-end development teams and understanding of HTML, CSS and component-based frameworks.
  • Ability to create prototypes and micro-interactions that effectively communicate design intent.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented approach with a passion for creating consistent digital experiences.

Join us and play a key role in shaping a consistent, accessible and industry-leading digital experience across Spirax Group's next generation of products and services.
