WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Main challenge

Your focus will be on delivering high-quality, functional UI designs, ranging from background assets to interactive buttons and icons. By following technical wireframes and art briefs, you'll ensure all UI mockups are developer-ready and consistent with Gameloft’s quality standards.

What it means on a daily basis

UI graphic & design abilities

• Deliver good quality mockups of UI screens following the wireframes from UI/UX designer
• Deliver the requested UI elements for the project including icons, buttons, backgrounds, navigation and information components
• Provide improvements’ suggestion related to usability, accessibility, ergonomics and visibility of the game menus

Creativity & Innovation

• Come up with original designs and ideas about a project’s graphics
• Perform competition, market and AI research to widen the range of references and push innovative compositions from there
• Able to deliver a good level of polish in reasonable delays

Communication & Organization

• Correctly organize the files, following logic naming conventions
• Update the tasks from Jira and provide clear status updates to the team

Who you would be working with

You will be working closely with the Producer Lead and the GFX Team Lead/Supervisor to ensure you are fully supported from both a project management and creative standpoint. You and Producer Lead agree on project milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation, while you receive direct artistic mentorship and technical guidance from the GFX Team Lead/Supervisor to ensure our visual standards remain high quality.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• A portfolio that highlights proficiency in UI, icon design, illustration, graphic design, and UI/UX ergonomics, showcasing polished outcomes and classic rendering approaches.
• Skills in illustration, iconography, typography, and motion design.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Flash/Animate.

WHO YOU ARE

• A professional orientation toward continual learning and responding flexibly to changes.
• Respect deadlines, be open to feedback for improvement.
• Clear communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
• Genuine interest in playing video games across multiple platforms.
