职位描述
工作职责： 1. 协助团队完成产品的UI/视觉设计工作，包括网页、移动端APP、运营内容、平面设计等方面； 2. 根据产品需求和用户体验，设计并优化用户界面，提供创意和创新的设计方案； 3. 负责对接与理解需求，按需制作设计稿，并与开发团队紧密合作，确保设计的实施和交付； 4. 参与产品的用户研究和用户测试，收集用户反馈并提出改进建议； 5. 跟踪行业最新的设计趋势和技术，不断提升设计水平和创造力。
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，平面设计、视觉传达、数字媒体艺术等相关专业优先考虑； 2. 熟练使用设计软件，如Photoshop、Illustrator、Figma等； 3. 对用户体验和用户界面设计有一定的理解和热情，具备良好的审美能力和创意思维； 4. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与开发团队紧密配合； 5. 具备一定的项目管理和时间管理能力，能够按时高质量地完成设计任务； 6. 有一定的英文读写能力，能够阅读和理解英文设计文档和资料者优先考虑； 7. 具备一定的学习能力和自我驱动力，能够持续关注设计领域的最新动态； 8. 对Motion Graphic设计，AIGC图像设计有一定了解和实践者优先；
