The core of our achievements is our team. That’s why, together with Tetiana, Creative&Production Lead, we’re looking for an Influencer Marketing & UGC Specialist to scale creator partnerships and boost the performance of our UGC creatives. The mission of this role - is to transform product values into high-performing, "scroll-stopping" content that drives measurable business results. You’ll collaborate with creators to produce ad-ready content that clearly communicates product value, real-life use cases, and emotional benefits.

What will you do:

• Creative Ideation & Scripting: Generate data-driven creative hypotheses and develop precise, result-oriented briefs, scripts, and storyboards that align with performance goals.
• Strategic Partnership Management: Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to execute and scale high-impact UGC activities across key platforms.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and best practices, effectively translating these insights into actionable strategies.
• Analytics & Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance based on key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROMI, Hook & Hold rates) and scale successful creative angles.
• Full-Cycle Creator Management: Source, vet, negotiate, contract, and manage payments for influencers and UGC creators (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Fiverr, etc.).

What you need to join us:

• 1+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, UGC, PR & Communications, Digital Marketing.
• Strong English skills (C1 preferred) and can confidently communicate with international creators.
• Possess excellent writing and communication skills for creating briefs and negotiating partnerships.
• Understanding the basics of digital marketing and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and curious — you enjoy asking “why?” and digging deeper.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI tools to automate workflows.
• Experience working with designers and creating clear technical briefs.
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Asana, or basic Figma skills.
