🎥 We’re Hiring: UGC / Content Creator (Social Media – TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

Location: Malaysia (On-site / Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time
Range: RM 3,000 - RM 5,000

🎬 What You’ll Do:

• Create UGC-style content for TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts

• Be the face and voice in videos — natural, expressive, and relatable

• Pitch fun ideas and bring them to life using your phone

• Jump on viral trends and give them a BJAK twist

• Collaborate with our Marketing team to grow our social presence

• You love social media and know how to ride a trend

• You’re fun, creative, and not camera-shy

• You know how to shoot and edit content quickly (CapCut, InShot, etc.)

• You’re a self-starter — someone who takes initiative and enjoys experimenting

• You thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field

• 1–3 years’ experience in social media content creation or a similar creative role

• Proven track record of high-performing short-form content (TikTok, IG, YouTube)

• Hands-on experience in short-form video production, from concept to editing

• Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

• Creative storytelling skills with an eye for visuals and tone consistency
