The UEFA Academy Operations Assistant contributes to the successful delivery of UEFA Academy programmes by providing high-quality administrative, contractual, financial, and logistical support.
The role helps ensure a consistent and professional participant experience, from initial enquiries and onboarding through to programme completion, feedback collection, and transition into the alumni community.
Working closely with UEFA Academy colleagues, other UEFA divisions, academic partners, and external service providers, the Operations Assistant combines reliable day-to-day administration with a proactive approach to service excellence and continuous process improvement.
