职位描述
1. 搭建销售运营数据分析体系,覆盖建联(线索)、建信(试驾)、成交、后续服务等用户全生命周期数据分析模型与监控体系,实现销售数据可视化、可追溯、可分析。
2. 统筹销售全维度数据复盘,定期输出销售运营分析报告,深入分析销量达成、渠道效能、用户转化、区域表现、产品竞争力等核心指标,识别运营痛点、机会点,输出可落地的优化策略与行动建议。
3. 结合用户画像数据、购车行为数据,分析不同用户群体的转化特征、需求偏好,输出用户运营优化建议,支撑精准营销与个性化服务。
职位要求
1. 全日制本科及以上学历,统计学、数学、市场营销、工商管理、数据科学等相关专业优先。
2. 3年以上销售运营、数据分析相关经验,需要具备汽车主机厂销售运营分析经验(简历特别优秀可以例外),有完整的销售数据分析、运营体系搭建、渠道赋能项目经验者优先。
3. 精通销售运营全链路数据分析逻辑,具备优秀的数据建模、数据挖掘、根因分析能力,能独立完成从数据抓取、分析到策略输出的全流程,熟练使用Excel、SQL、Tableau/Power BI等数据分析工具,有Python数据处理经验优先。
