销售运营管理UCS - 乐道上海上海社招全职职能与支持 - 数据分析本科及以上3-5 年职位描述1.市场调研与分析:负责对汽车市场进行调研,收集并分析市场数据、竞争对手信息,为制定市场营销策略提供依据。
2.销售管理:制定销售目标和计划,监督销售团队的工作,确保销售业绩的达成。搭建集团汽车销售运营管理体系与相关管理制度,统筹集团门店汽车销售管理工作,以及门店与集团其他相关部门的业务联调。
3.商务政策与销售计划:制定集团汽车销售商务政策与销售计划,并跟进落实执行。
4.数据分析与报告:对销售数据、市场数据等进行定期分析,形成报告,为管理层提供决策支持。职位要求1. 统招本科以上学历,3年以上工作经验,有过一线销售经历;
2. 熟悉汽车行业市场趋势和竞争格局,对汽车销售渠道、销售策略有深入了解。
3. 具备良好的市场分析能力,能够根据市场变化及时调整销售策略。
4. 具备扎实的销售管理和团队管理经验,能够带领团队达成销售目标。
