
The UConn Student Health and Wellness (SHaW) Lead Coordinator for Access and Engagement would provide daily oversight of the center's access process and engagement activities. These activities fall into three core areas: Training, Consultation and Operational Efficiencies, and Oversight.
Under the direction of the Director of SHaW Mental Health Clinical Services, this position oversees the day-to-day coordination of specific components of SHaW Mental Health’s access and engagement processes. This includes ensuring that all new and current staff are trained in and prepared for the delivery of services offered, including specific Evidence-based Practice models. The lead coordinator remains available for staff consultation regarding these services and ensures all components of the daily operations.
The position is a full-time (35-hour weekly), in-person, 12-month position and reporting to the Director of Clinical Services located on the Storrs Campus.

This is a permanent 12-month in-person position at UConn Storrs, Mental Health.
