Roles & Responsibilities :
The L3 Unified Communications & Device Operations Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting enterprise communication platforms and end-user devices,including Microsoft Teams, endpoint devices, and personal devices.
Manage and support Microsoft Teams platform including TCQ, Whiteboard, Rollouts and Configurations
Support endpoint devices including desk phones, conference room phones, and collaboration hardware
Manage and troubleshoot personal devices such as headsets, speakerphones, and peripheral devices
Drive operational support for global user base, ensuring high service availability and user experience
Perform proactive monitoring, issue identification, and resolution to minimize service disruptions
Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies across all communication and device services
Support feature rollouts, updates, and platform enhancements for Teams and associated devices
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Automate and optimize tasks using PowerShell scripting and standard tools
Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Educational qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Experience :
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Teams and UC platforms
