MSX International is looking for an experienced UC Consultant & Coach to join our automotive consulting team.

In this field-based role, you will support dealerships in improving their used vehicle operations, commercial performance, and overall business results. Acting as both a coach and consultant, you will work closely with dealer management teams to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and drive sustainable performance across the network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and support dealerships to improve operational and commercial performance.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of used vehicle programs.
  • Analyse business performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support initiatives focused on profitability, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive retail, consulting, dealer network development, or used vehicle operations.
  • Strong understanding of dealership processes and performance management.
  • Experience coaching, influencing, and supporting business transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized approach to work.

Languages

  • Fluent Dutch
  • Fluent French
  • Professional proficiency in English
