We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented UAT Tester Intern to join our ML6 team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial technology sector, specifically in user acceptance testing for cutting-edge machine learning initiatives. You will contribute to ensuring the quality and functionality of our innovative ML-driven products and services.
Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the development and execution of UAT test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications for ML6 projects.
* Document test results, identify defects, and track their resolution in collaboration with development and product teams.
* Participate in user acceptance testing sessions, gathering feedback and observing user interactions.
* Help in preparing test data and configuring test environments.
* Support the ML6 team in identifying and escalating potential issues or risks during the testing phase.
* Learn and apply best practices in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts.
* Contribute to improving UAT processes and documentation.
Job Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies is a plus.
* Familiarity with financial services or machine learning concepts is advantageous but not required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
