What you’ll do?
- Application/platform by conducting user acceptance testing.
- This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate that systems meet specified requirements and are ready for release to production.
- The UAT Tester will play a crucial role in identifying and documenting defects, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test scripts, and test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand system requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to validate that applications meet end-users' needs and expectations.
- Document and prioritize defects, issues, and inconsistencies encountered during testing.
- Effectively communicate with development teams, business analysts, and project managers to ensure a clear understanding of testing objectives and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Execute test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications.
- Identify, isolate, and track defects throughout the testing process.
- Perform regression testing to validate that software changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution results.
- Provide timely and comprehensive reports on testing progress and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the testing lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and methodologies.
