Job Description

The UAT Coordinator is responsible for managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for core banking implementations or upgrades (T24/Temenos). The role ensures that business users validate system functionality against real banking scenarios and regulatory requirements before go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage UAT strategy and execution timelines
  • Coordinate UAT activities across business units
  • Translate business requirements into UAT scenarios
  • Ensure availability of UAT environments and test data
  • Facilitate UAT sessions and defect triage
  • Track execution progress and provide reports
  • Manage UAT defect lifecycle
  • Ensure regulatory scenarios are tested
  • Coordinate business sign-off
  • Support training and change management

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 4–7 years’ experience in UAT coordination within banking projects
  • Hands-on experience with T24/Temenos
  • Strong understanding of banking operations
  • Familiarity with SDLC and testing lifecycle
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA or HP ALM
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
