About the Role:

The UAT Administrator plays an important role in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives across Aspire's systems and business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build experience in technology, insurance operations, software testing, and project coordination.

In this role, you'll work alongside UAT Analysts and business teams to help prepare testing environments, execute test scripts, document results, track defects, and support system releases. You'll gain exposure to insurance platforms, software development processes, and cross-functional business operations while contributing to projects that impact the entire organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute predefined test scripts and document results accurately
  • Assist with regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing activities
  • Log and track defects, enhancement requests, and observations in Jira
  • Verify defect fixes and support retesting efforts
  • Create and maintain test data needed for testing activities
  • Prepare testing environments and support release readiness efforts
  • Organize and maintain testing documentation, evidence, and project artifacts
  • Monitor testing progress and assist with status reporting
  • Schedule testing sessions and coordinate meetings
  • Support analysts during testing cycles and project implementations
  • Manage support tickets and provide timely updates
  • Learn Aspire's business processes, insurance systems, and testing methodologies
  • Review manual rating programs and support validation efforts
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of administrative, customer service, technical support, insurance, or related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Exposure to software testing, quality assurance, or project coordination
  • Experience using Jira or similar tracking tools

The pay range provided for this position represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Compensation for this position will be determined based on job-related qualifications, experience, education, skills, geographic location, and business needs. Aspire reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits programs as permitted by law.
