When disaster strikes, you go where the mission is.
We are looking for an experienced UAS pilot and search-and-rescue professional to join our Flight Operations team and become part of a new global emergency-response capability powered by XTEND technology.
This is not a traditional drone-pilot role. You will spend much of your time operating alongside customers and partners, conducting demonstrations, training operators, supporting field operations, and helping organizations understand how advanced UAS technology can transform their missions.
But when a major disaster strikes, your role changes.
Within 24 hours, you may be deploying anywhere in the world.
You will embed with organizations operating on the ground following earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, wildfires, humanitarian emergencies, and other major disasters. Working alongside search-and-rescue teams, emergency managers, first responders, and other mission partners, you will help determine where XTEND technology can have the greatest impact and then turn those needs into real-world missions.

XTEND provides revolutionary human-guided autonomous machine systems that enable any operator to perform extremely accurate maneuvers and actions, in any environment with minimal training. The company's patented XOS operating system fuses the best of human intelligence and machine autonomy to enhance the operator's abilities, and simultaneously reduce the need for physical confrontation, thereby minimizing casualties and injuries. Hundreds of XTEND's systems are already operationally deployed worldwide, and the company is continuously developing its XOS operating system and platforms to deliver the future of human-machine teaming to defense, public safety, and security professionals worldwide.
