
About the Role:
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support the performance marketing function at Ounass. This role is heavily focused on data, logic, and execution within digital advertising platforms, with a strong emphasis on numbers, reporting, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with data, has strong logical and mathematical thinking, and is comfortable working extensively in Excel and digital tools such as Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across platforms, with a strong focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
Extract, organize, and analyze performance data from Google Ads and other marketing platforms
Build and maintain performance reports using Excel / Google Sheets
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in campaign data and flag insights
Assist in optimizing campaigns based on data-driven observations
Maintain dashboards and ensure accuracy of marketing data tracking
Work closely with the digital marketing team to support reporting and performance analysis needs
Support basic SEO tracking and reporting activities
Assist in ad hoc data and marketing analysis tasks
Requirements
Strong logical reasoning and mathematical ability (mandatory)
High comfort level with numbers, data, and structured thinking
Excellent skills in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, data handling, sorting, basic analysis)
Google Ads experience is a strong plus
Ability to extract and interpret data from marketing platforms
Strong computer literacy and comfort working with digital tools
Interest in coding, automation, AI tools, and digital experimentation
Basic understanding or curiosity about SEO and how search works
Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a data-heavy environment
