This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organised, naturally collaborative, and excited to work at the intersection of content, technology, and delivery in a fast‑paced digital environment.
As a Content Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Content Project Lead and partner with Editorial, Creative, Merchandising, WebOps, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution across content initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating content projects across editorial, campaigns, and promotions from planning to rollout
Acting as a key link between content, editorial, promotion, and technology teams
Supporting campaign and promotion readiness through clear timelines, checklists, and ownership tracking
Managing dependencies across teams and flagging risks early
Supporting daily team rituals such as stand‑ups, walkthroughs, and retrospectives
Maintaining project tracking tools (e.g. Jira) to ensure visibility and efficiency
Helping facilitate smooth feature releases and content launches in collaboration with WebOps & Tech
Supporting performance tracking and basic reporting post‑launch
You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with attention to detail, while continuously looking for ways to improve processes.

You’ll bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Project Management, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Confidence working cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders
A proactive, adaptable mindset and a genuine interest in digital and content delivery
Great attention to detail and a data‑driven, structured approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira or similar) is a plus
Curiosity around technology, digital products, and continuous improvement
