All tyres and users are proven to be satisfied with the provided services. Develop and manage tyre forecast replacement, matching and repair plan while ensuring tyre recording system is good maintained. Tyre forecast replacement is well-managed and developed, tyre recording system is good maintained. Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list; front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule; tyre condition check on the unit in daily check pressure activities. All of the tyre-condition related processes are accurately conducted. Control sub ordinates to do the unit breakdown job in safe and on time completion. Unit breakdown jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
