
Tyler Union is looking to hire a Foundry Operations Manager for the main manufacturing facility at Anniston, AL. The Foundry Operations Manager is responsible for providing hands-on leadership while managing aspects of foundry operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. This role oversees daily manufacturing activities that may include molding, core making, and finishing as necessary, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Foundry Operations Manager drives continuous improvement, optimizes labor and equipment utilization, controls costs, and develops a skilled and engaged workforce to meet production, quality, and delivery goals. The Foundry Operations Manager helps advance a proactive, solution-oriented culture aligned with The McWane Way principles, values, and behaviors.
