The Assistant Project Engineering Manager plays a critical role in leading engineering and capital projects within the foundry and machining operations. This role combines hands-on technical project management with strategic leadership, mentorship, and oversight of Project Engineering staff, including junior engineers and interns. The Assistant Project Engineering Manager ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while driving continuous process improvement and aligning engineering initiatives with business goals. Proactively promotes The McWane Way principles, values, and behaviors and lives the Compass Culture
