We’re seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of young learners through an engaging and successful school year. In this role, you’ll create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes emotional, social, and academic growth. You’ll play a vital role in preparing children for their next educational steps in a warm, welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and a love of learning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
- Track and document children’s progress and development
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support each child’s needs
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
- Follow all safety, health, and classroom management protocols
- Address and document behavioral or developmental concerns
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Previous teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting (preferred)
- Strong understanding of child development and best teaching practices
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to create a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations for preschool classrooms
Schedule:
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
