Two-Year-Old Teacher – Hiring Immediately!

The Learning Experience – Fort Mill is looking for a passionate, dependable, and nurturing Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our team immediately!

If you love working with toddlers and enjoy creating a fun, engaging classroom where children can learn, explore, and grow, we would love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for children ages 2–3
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Implement The Learning Experience curriculum and daily learning activities
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and leadership to provide quality care

What We're Looking For

• A genuine love for working with young children
• Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred
• Dependable, responsible, and reliable
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
• CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related education is a plus

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
