Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to foster cognitive and emotional growth.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for two-year-olds.
• Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
• Encourage social interaction and play-based learning among students.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes exploration.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and educational practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential.
