GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Performs routine (journey-level) to highly complex (senior-level) business analysis work. Work involves eliciting, developing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements. Reviews, assesses, and documents business processes. Creates test cases and validates user acceptance testing. Performs post-implementation support of systems, and provides support for the software development life cycle. May train others. Works under moderate to limited supervision, with limited to considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Reports to the Manager of the Business Strategy and Automation Department.

IT Business Analyst III - graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree AND fiveyears of work experience relevant to business analysis
