The Learning Experience Spring Hill

Pay: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
Location: Spring Hill, TN
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

The Learning Experience in Spring Hill is seeking a caring and energetic Twaddler Teacher to support children ages two to three during an important stage of growth and independence. This role supports structured afternoon routines and classroom engagement.

What You Will Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Support social, emotional, language, and motor development through play based learning
• Assist with snack, diapering or potty training, and daily transitions
• Encourage independence and positive behavior
• Ensure health, safety, and supervision standards are consistently met
• Communicate professionally with families and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Completion of state required ECE training
• Experience in early childhood education preferred
• Passion for working with young children
• Reliable, positive, and team oriented attitude
