Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable, production-ready AI applications, bridging solid software engineering with advanced machine learning, often focusing on LLMs, RAG, and MLOps.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead architecture for complex systems from data to deployment.
• Develop high-quality code that aligns with business objectives, quality standards, and secure development practices.
• Collaborate with a global AI engineering team to understand and analyze business requirements.
• Execute assigned tasks diligently, ensuring consistent progress.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to identify improvements and prioritize user stories.
• Provide regular progress updates during daily standup meetings.
• Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining project timelines and momentum.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in software development and machine learning, with expertise in writing and reviewing production-grade Python code and at least 3+ years in AI engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), with hands-on experience implementing ML algorithms at scale.
• Extensive hands-on experience in building and integrating large language models (LLMs) to significantly enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of AI systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and operating distributed, high-throughput, and low-latency system architectures.
• Proficiency in software development using containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and frameworks/tools such as FastAPI and Uvicorn.

1. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
2. Upon arrival at the building, inform the 1st-floor reception that you are here for a “525 interview with Chubb Life on the 7th floor.” They will assist you with elevator access.
3. Once you reach the 7th floor, enter through door 531 and let the receptionist know you’re here for an interview with HR Irene (ext. 8705).
4. Please bring your own notebook and make sure that you already install the Python application, we will have a 15-min coding test, if pass the coding test, we will continue to have a 45-min interview with HR and direct manager.
5. Please join the webex when you are arriving our office, we will need to recording the coding test for sharing with global team.

本職務面試將分為三個關卡：
1. 實體coding test實作 (約15分鐘-因網域限制考量需要請您攜帶自己的電腦並確認已安裝Python前來進行測試)，若通過coding test則會接續進行約45分鐘的實體面試 (面試者為HR及hiring manager)
2. 若通過第一關面試，則進行至第二關與安達集團位於英國的Lead AI Engineer進行線上webex面試 (此關為全英文面試)
3. 若通過第二關面試，則進行到第三關實體presentation，主題將另行提供，此關亦為全英文報告
