Join Chubb Life Insurance Taiwan as a Deputy Supervisor in the Finance & Accounting team. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate income‑tax month‑end close, coordinating annual tax filings and preparing local regulatory reports. The position requires strong collaboration, time‑management, and cross‑functional communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly income‑tax closing procedures and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Act as the primary contact and coordinator for annual tax filing submissions.
• Prepare local regulatory reports on a monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc basis.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IFRS 17 local reporting requirements.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests and special projects assigned by the Finance manager.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data and resolve reporting issues.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all tax and reporting activities.
• Monitor deadlines and prioritize workload to meet statutory filing schedules.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Prior experience in an insurance company is preferred.
• Experience working in a multinational corporation is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across functions.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Proactive and punctual
• Good skills in problem-solving
