PRIMARY FUNCTION / OBJECTIVE:
The TVI National Sales Manager has the responsibility (within a defined region of S. Korea) to achieve the sales target, assure consistent sales growth by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY:
• Achieve the national total product sales targets and associated individual product targets of TVI.
• Carry out KOL management, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Complete and submit timely administration tasks such as monthly sales report, rolling forecasts,
expenses, etc. in line with divisional standards.
• Compliance with Corporate policies and procedures.
• Compliance in performing the training as required by the training procedure.

Data & therapy info dissemination
1) Execution of data dissemination during “clinical campaigns” after each big congress
2) Update all therapy stakeholders with the latest therapy info; Implement field based physician and staff training programs.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Required minimum formal education
  • Bachelors Degree (± 16 years)
  • Preferred formal education
  • Master or Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma
  • Minimum required professional experience
  • Minimum 10 years
  • Preferred professional experience
  • Preferred medical device industry experience and cardiology field experiences
