Job Description

TURQUOISE PLACE SERVICE DISPATCHERPosition is responsible for administrative duties to include billing, handling all incoming service calls from both guests, owners, and team members, scheduling and reconciling work orders, dispatching service techs, assisting with inventory orders as needed and performing other duties as assigned. Essential Duties:

• Answer calls in a professional and timely manner and respond accordingly.
• Enter all service work orders into the property management system timely and accurately
• Dispatch all service work orders to the appropriate field worker efficiently
• Monitor open work orders and assure timely completion.
• Greet and assist all vendors and outside suppliers as necessary to include making keys as needed.
• Effectively resolve quality issues with guests/owners.
• Follow up with owners, guests and internal departments in a timely manner
• Perform other duties, functions, or tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Must have computer skills that include Microsoft Word, Excel and the ability to learn new programs.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be self-motivated to handle guest, owner or team member issues.
• Must be able to sit at a computer/phone for entire shift.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to work varied shifts as needed including nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit and work on computer/phone entire shift
• Must be able to move/lift up to 15 pounds as needed

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
