What makes you remarkable?
- Supervise Turnover Clerks
- Population, operation, and maintenance of the Turnover database
- Define the construction Turnover deliverables in terms of QC packs relating to P&ID and non P&ID Subsystems
- Define the pinnacle inspection and test documents by discipline activity, and coordinate the inspection and acceptance by Client and / or Commissioning Manager / Engineer for each QC pack, including piping test packs, instrument loop dossiers, relief valves, spring supports, electrical circuits, equipment packages etc.
- Coordinate each discipline on completions of inspection work and relevant documentation, including the timely release of completed work from one discipline to following discipline to continue their work.
- Progressively transfer responsibility for the works to the startup and commissioning organization ensuring that Subsystems Turnover is fully accepted by signature
- Compile agreed lists of Subsystem exception items to be completed by agreed dates, and to monitor and record completion of such exception items
- Consolidate construction punch lists into system punch lists and provide an auditable trail to ensure that all punch list items are captured, cleared and signed off for completion. Maintain the original hard copy wet signature Master Subsystem Punch List
- Facilitate and participate in Subsystem Walkdowns with Client
- Subsystem status compile with Commissioning sequence.
- Issue Subsystem and Discipline progress status and punch list reports as required
- Advise the Construction Manager/Construction Lead / Discipline Field Supervision regarding the criticality of punch list items with respect to the Subsystem Completion Schedule
- Compilation of Subsystem Mechanical Completion and RFSU Dossiers
- Coordination of Contractors compilation and submission of original discipline Construction QC Packs and ITRs. Ensure Contractors’ documentation is complete for transferring progressively to the Client upon completion
- Closely coordinate with Commissioning Team regarding the completion of Subsystems in line with Start-Up priorities
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma degree or related experienced with a min of 8 years in turnover and completion work
- Previous experience in the use of Co-Console or similar Turnover database
- Extensive Oil & Gas or Petrochemical construction experience with a track record of managing handover / completion activities
- Good coordination with all disciplines and driving ability with each discipline on completion of test packages and Subsystem packages
- Ability to identify issues, obtains relevant information, relate and compare data from different sources and identify alternative solutions
- Good English language communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with multiple reporting priorities
- Willing to work extended hours including weekends
