This position is ideal for someone detail-driven, dependable, and proud to GSD every day.
Your mission: deliver move-in ready units and spotless common areas. No two days are alike, but here's what you'll take on:
Perform complete turnover cleans for vacant units, ensuring every detail is move-in ready
Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, and fixtures
Wipe, polish, and sanitize glass, railings, ledges, and high-touch areas
Keep stairwells, entryways, and gangways spotless for great first impressions
Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect with accuracy and care
Swap lightbulbs, check smoke detectors, and handle small on-the-spot fixes
Flag minor property issues and report them before they become bigger problems
Document your work with notes/photos and keep dispatch updated
Work independently, staying efficient and consistent while moving property to property
✔ At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience (2-5 years preferred)
✔ Familiarity with cleaning supplies, tools, and chemicals (and safe handling)
✔ The ability to balance speed and quality-you know how to be thorough without wasting time
✔ A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
✔ Flexibility to work across residential homes, multi-units, and common areas
✔ A strong eye for detail-you notice the little things others don't
✔ A can-do attitude-you take ownership and find solutions instead of excuses
