Working closely with Turnaround Event Managers and site leadership teams, the Turnaround Engineering Manager drives implementation of the Turnaround Excellence Model and provides governance over engineering and project integration deliverables to achieve turnaround objectives related to safety, scope, cost, schedule, and quality. The role is responsible for identifying and mitigating execution risks while ensuring engineering resources are effectively deployed across a portfolio of turnaround events.
The position resides within the Global Asset Integrity and Turnarounds (GAIT) organization and reports to the Director, Global Turnarounds. Periodic travel within the United States is required to support turnaround preparation, readiness reviews, and execution activities.
