You’ll be the hero behind the screen for millions of fans streaming over 7,000 series episodes and 500+ blockbuster films. From resolving account glitches to helping users find their favorite nostalgia-filled series, you'll manage real-time customer interactions end-to-end—no transfer ring-arounds, just pure issue-solving stardom!
What you’ll be doing daily:
- Save the Day (Inbound Calls & Chats): Assist streaming enthusiasts with login hiccups, payment failures, app navigation, and technical troubleshooting (like buffering or app crashes).
- Share the Fan Passion: Answer inquiries about subtitle languages, new content releases, special promos, and exclusive features.
- Keep the Magic Alive: Help retain loyal subscribers by understanding their needs and delivering top-notch, 5-star service.
- Level Up Over Time: Start on calls and live chats. You could expand into Social Media support, and eventually manage email queries as you grow!
Requirements
🎯 What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of corporate experience—just passion, great communication skills, and a desire to live abroad!
- Fluency: C1/(near) native level in Danish
- English Proficiency: B2 level in English for training and internal knowledge base navigation.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating PCs, multitasking across dynamic software, and troubleshooting apps.
- People & Problem Solver: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, helpful vibe.
- Streaming Fan: Active users of major streaming services are super welcome!
