Manpower is seeking to recruit a Turkish VIP Customer Support Agent to join our client's team. This role focuses on delivering a premium experience to high-value players through proactive engagement, detailed reporting, and tailored promotional support.
Monitor VIP player activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including wagering, revenue, win/loss, and player value indicators.
Prepare and maintain segmented VIP lists (potential, active, lapsing, and lapsed) to support timely and targeted engagement.
Produce weekly and monthly VIP performance reports for the Head of Retention.
Assist in the creation, review, and quality assurance of VIP communications, including emails and direct messages.
Set up and manage comps, bonuses, and rewards in line with company guidelines.
Provide insights and feedback on VIP promotions to Product and Marketing teams to enhance performance.
Coordinate and manage VIP events, ensuring a high standard of execution and experience.
Source and arrange delivery of VIP gifts, merchandise, and event tickets.
Follow up on significant player wins and support player engagement initiatives such as interviews where applicable.
Maintain and update VIP Club website content and promotional materials.
Work closely with Affiliate, Casino, Poker, and CRM teams to ensure consistent and aligned VIP communication strategies.
Partner with the Affiliate team to support VIP-focused campaigns and acquisition of high-value players.
1–2 years of experience in VIP support, CRM, or a similar role.
Fluency in Turkish and English (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in VIP relationship management and handling high-value customers professionally.
Familiarity with CRM systems and bonus/promotional tools.
Strong skills in personalized communication and professional email writing.
Understanding of player retention strategies.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
